ビスと呼ばれるネジみたいなものについて。たくさん種類はありますが、まずはラッパとフレキの２種類について。ほとんど同じですが、頭？ の裏の部分に溝があるかどうか、頭に向かう部分が滑らかな曲線か、角度がついているかが違います。
上記の写真、どちらがラッパかわかりますか？ 答えはのちほど。
また、適した材料も違います。見た目が少し違うだけですが固い材料に向くのはフレキ。フレキが向いているのはケイカル板、ベニヤなど。ラッパは石膏ボードに使われ、現場でもよく使われます。目的に応じて使い分けられるのがいい職人と言えるでしょう。ボードの厚みに対して、ビスの適正な長さも変わってきます。
写真の答えは左側がラッパです。左側のネジがラッパっぽく見えることからそう呼ばれています。
右側のフレキは▽っぽい形で縦に線が入っているのが特徴です。
