今回は非住宅建築における基本的な工事のおおまかな流れをご紹介します。
それではご覧ください。
建物の基準墨から図面に基づき間仕切り壁下地に組む位置、
ボード貼りの仕上がり位置、開口部などの墨を出します。
天井に空調設備の設置及び配管に合わせ照明器具等の電気配線を行います。
LGSなどで天井の下地を組み、その後①の墨を基準に壁下地を組みます。
（耐火区画壁の場合は天井スラブまで壁下地を先に組みます)
次に壁下地の間に配線の管を通しコンセントやスイッチを
取り付けるためのアウトレットボックスを入れて下地に固定します。
また仕様に合わせ壁下地にロックウールなどの断熱材を充填をします。
建具の枠を壁や天井の下地に取り付けます。
収音性能や防耐火性能などにより定められる仕様の石膏ボードノドをビスで天井・壁下地組の固定します。
その後照明器具やコンセント・スイッチの位置のボードを開口します。
支柱調整式はベースプレートを床に固定し支柱を並べパネルを置きます。
プラスチックなどの支柱一体型は不陸をクッションシートなどで
調整しつつ設置をして、最後に床に電気やLANケーブルなどの配線をします。
最初に壁や天井にクロスや塗装などを施します。
（天井などの塗装はボード貼りが完了後に行います。）
次にタイルやカーペットなどに敷き込み、巾木を取り付け
最後に照明器具やコンセント・スイッチのプレートを取り付けて完成です。

当社は東京都豊島区池袋にオフィスを構え、関東一円で内装仕上げ工事・原状回復工事を中心に施工している内装業者でございます。
今回のブログは私の担当している業務や趣味などについて軽く紹介させていただきます。
拙い紹介文ではございますが何卒。
私は主にSNS更新、ブログの作成に携わっています。
1日のおおまかな流れを紹介していきます。
はじめに出社したらX（旧名:twitter）を開き朝のあいさつをpost（旧名:ツイート）します。
その後フォロワー様のpostをrepost、いいねをします。
お昼はinstagramの更新です。
現場内容を投稿しその後投稿した内容をXやfacebookにてシェアしています。
その後ブログの作成に取り掛かっています。
ブログの内容は施工事例や私の趣味の紹介をしており、完成したブログはXやinstagramにもシェアしております。
私は主にスイーツショップ巡りをしてます。
突発的に甘いものを欲する時期がやってきますのでよく仕事終わりや休みの日に
駅ビルに訪れてます。

スイーツに限ったことではございませんが出歩くのが好きなので
繁華街をよくフラつくことが多いです。
また最近カメラも購入したので食べ物や建物をよく撮っています。
カメラは小さめなもので一種のアクセサリーみたいになるのでいい感じです。
他には水族館や観光地などの施設にもよく行きます。

ブログに関しては何もわからない私でしたが先輩スタッフのサポートのおかげで
こうして楽しくお仕事をやらせていただいてます。
今はブログ作成を牛歩のペースでやっておりますが、この先SEOにバンバン引っかかるような単語を上手く組み込み
検索結果の上位に出るようなブログを作っていきたいです。

오늘은 건축공법의 하나, 『오끼유카공법(置床工法)』에 대하여 소개해드리겠습니다.
오끼유카공법(置床工法)은 건물의 기초를 지반위에 직접 놓고 구축하는 방법으로 옛날로부터 사용되어 온 전통적인 수법입니다.
최근에는 이 심플하고 효과적인 성질로부터 다시 주목을 받고 있습니다.
1. 비용효률이 높다：기초공사에 드는 비용을 크게 줄일수 있습니다.
기초를 파고 만드는 필요가 없이 지반을 평탄하게 하는것만으로 마치기 때문에 건축에 드는 비용을 줄일수 있습니다.
2. 공기가 짧다：뚫고 파는 작업이 없기 때문에 기초공사의 시간을 절약할수 있습니다.
건물의 건설일정을 단축하고 싶은 경우에는 특히 적합합니다.
3. 내진성이 높다：지반과 건물사이에 틈새가 없기 때문에 지진등의 흔들림이 건물에 직접 전달되어 알기 쉽습니다.
4. 친환경이다：뚫고 파는 작업이 적기 때문에 지반이랑 주위환경에의 영향이 적어집니다.
그리고 폐재의 발생도 삭감됩니다.
1. 지반조사
건물의 부지에서 지반조사를 진행합니다.
지반의 강도랑 침하등을 파악하고 적절한 대책을 세웁니다.
2.지반의 균등
지반이 불균하면 균등작업을 진행합니다.
이 작업에 의해 기초의 안정성을 확보합니다.
3.기초의 설치
지반위에 콘크리트블록이랑 철골등을 배치하여 기초를 형성합니다.
건물의 중량을 분산시키는 역할을 합니다.
4.건물의 가설
기초가 완성하면 건물의 가설이 진행됩니다.
벽이랑 기둥을 설치하고 건물이 완성합니다.
오끼유카공법은 비용효룰이 높고 공기가 짧은 것으로
최근 또다시 주목받는 건축공법입니다.
다만,지반의 상태에 따라서는 적합하지 않는 경우도 있기 때문에,
사전에 지반조사가 필요합니다.

In this article, we are explaining the method of sticking on gypsum bord by using GL bond gypsum board and its merits in detail.

We are explaining the feature of GL bond and its usage.
GL bond is an adhesive used for sticking materials such as wood, plywood, gypsum board and so on. It has powerful adhesive strength and durability, so, it is suitable for sticking on gypsum board.
1 Preparing backing
Cleaning the wall surface, and neaten even state. If necessary, carrying on backing treatment.
2 Applying GL bond
Applying GL bond on the back side of gypsum board evenly.
Please be sure to use suitable GL bond amount, and applying it with uniformity as much as possible.
3 Sticking on gypsum board
Sticking applied GL bond surface and wall surface firmly, and sticking to gypsum board.
Then, pressing with suitable power, and securing even adhesiveness.
4 Drying and finishing treatment
After sticking on it, waiting until drying GL bond completely.
After that, doing joint treatment and finishing on the surface.
Joint treatment is, a process of treating crack, dent and so on at the gypsum board junction part in gypsum board sticking.
Gypsum board is not used as a big board, but by sticking plural board together to match the necessary size, the wall surface and ceiling are formed.
In order to fill the joint part and gap, to realize uniform and beautiful finishing, joint treatment is duly done.
Joint treatment is, an important process for neatly finishing the joint part of gypsum board in GL work method.
We are explaining the procedure of general joint treatment as follows:
1.Sticking joint tape
Sticking joint tape at the joint part of gypsum board.

When sticking the tape, it is important to do this work operation by pressing the joint part firmly at the same time.
2.Applying joint compound (bond)
After sticking joint tape, filling the tape by using joint compound(bond). Joint compound, plays a role of neatening the surface of gypsum board, and unify the joint part. Let us use wide brush and sponge, and applying it to spread compound evenly.
3.Drying compound
Waiting for joint compound to be fully dried.
Let us confirm the drying time according to the product instruction.
If you want to shorten the drying time, it is possible to heat it or to use drying devise to shorten the time.
4.Sanding(polishing)
In order to smoothen the dried joint compound finishing, using sanding with sandpaper or sand sponge.
Getting rid of unnecessary 凹凸and surface roughness, neatening the joint part to even state.
After sanding, let us clean the wall surface with vacuum machine and cloth.
The above is a general procedure of joint treatment.
